Savi allows users to scan receipts, manage personal expenses, divide bills among participants in real time, and track who owes what. The Service helps organise expenses but is not a financial institution or payment processor. Receipt recognition and calculations may contain errors; review the extracted items and totals before relying on them or making a payment.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Savi facilitates the calculation and tracking of shared expenses. Any actual payments between users are made outside of our platform. We are not responsible for disputes between users regarding payments or the accuracy of expense calculations.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Savi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savi and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
