Delete your account

Request deletion of your Savi account and the personal data we hold with it. You do not need the app installed.

This page is for the Savi app published by Raviga Consulting. Anyone with a Savi account can ask us to delete it from here, including if they have already uninstalled the app.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us from the address on your Savi account.
  2. Use the subject Delete Savi account.
  3. Include the name on the account.

Send the request to contact@ravigaconsulting.com. We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

  • Your Savi account
  • Profile details (name and email)
  • Receipt images and expenses
  • Events and friend groups you created
  • Unused scan credits

What may remain

  • Records we are required to keep for tax, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations, for a limited period
  • Shared bills other people are still using, without your account attached
